In light of the temporary autonomous zone declared in Cincinnati Thursday night, and with the protests in the coming days, I decided to rush a draft paper(attached below) I was working on for Rowan Hall. It has some thoughts on the concept and critiques of how it has been executed up to this point. As I mention in the preface, it is primarily meant as a way to facilitate further discussion of the concept. I felt pretentious and self-important writing it, but here we are. Critiques and criticisms welcome.
